All coins sold by us (Imperial Numismatics) come with a lifetime guarantee of authenticity, unless otherwise described.
Make an Offer Policy
When you make an offer, you are committing to buy the item at the offer price if your offer is accepted.
Upon receipt of your offer, we will respond to your offer as soon as possible and you will receive an email advising whether your offer is accepted, declined or countered.
If your offer is accepted: Just like any other sale, you are obliged to purchase the item and pay the amount you offered.
If your offer is declined: You can still make an offer on the item again.
If your offer is countered: You can choose to purchase the item at the countered price and proceed to checkout, or continue negotiating by making another offer.
If you make an offer on multiple items, the offers will be reviewed collectively. If your offers are accepted, just like any other sale, you are obliged to purchase the items as you have committed to buy the multiple items at the offer price if your offers are accepted. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you choose to purchase only some of the items (and choose not to purchase some of the items of which you have committed to purchasing) after your offers are accepted.
Completion of Order Policy
After you successfully checkout, an order confirmation with the details of your order and payment instructions (if applicable) will be sent to your registered email address. Receipt of your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to decline to process any order when requested items are not available or if there is an error in the price or description.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order at our complete discretion, particularly if we believe that you may be violating our terms of sale.
All orders placed must comply with our fraud prevention procedures and that of our third party service providers. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting your order.
Refund Policy
All coins sold by us (Imperial Numismatics) come with a lifetime guarantee of authenticity, unless otherwise described. However, should you be unhappy with a purchase for any reason, you may, within fourteen days of receiving your purchase, request a refund of the item purchase price. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
For change of mind order cancellations, a refund fee between 1.8% and 6% will be applied to cover non-refundable transaction fees. The refund fee will also be applied for orders placed incorrectly.
Please contact us before initiating a return. Once your return is approved, please post the coin back to us and once we have received the coin, we will inspect it and process the refund. Please note shipping charges are not refundable so only the amount paid for the item is refundable.
For peace of mind, we recommend you use registered post (tracked post with signature on delivery) to post your return. Please note that we are not responsible for any costs associated with the return postage, however, if an unregistered parcel goes missing in transit we may not be able to process your return.

All orders received through our website are subject to availability as our items are also offered through our physical store and coin fairs. Prices are subject to change without notice.
